I can’t even tell you how nervous I was to shoot this proposal. It was the first time I had ever shot one and I was a wreck! I honestly think it’s possible I was just as nervous as the groom! Is she gonna see me? Am I gonna get this shot!? I felt super sneaky and I’m so thankful that it came off as well as it did. I had so much fun conspiring with Matt and Allison. (you know her as PinkLouLou) They were both convinced it was going to take something especially sneaky to surprise her. So after a trip to IKEA and a RELUCTANT stop in Cinci to have dinner with a “friend” they had Becky right where they wanted her. She was so surprised and Matt was just the sweetest waiting for her to come around the corner! After she of course said YES! we headed up to Moerlein Lager House where all her family (even her sweet sister Hannah via Facetime from Hawaii) were waiting to greet her! I even got to steal the happy couple for a few shots after the fact against that gorgeous Cinci skyline. Swoon. Adore these two and so honored to have been included in this special moment. Happy wedding planning Becky and Matt! Enjoy every minute, it goes by so fast!
