My dream for this business has always been to capture weddings around the world. My heart and soul are the happiest when I travel.  So when we got the opportunity to hop across the pond to shoot a wedding in Spain, I did the happiest of dances. The end of last year was a whirlwind. I’ve done easier things in my life than shoot two international weddings back to back, across the globe from each other, 10 weeks pregnant. However when you get the chance to make dreams come true, there is nothing to do but embrace every second!

This wedding had everything. No really. Everything. Not only are Laura and Eddy amazing and a blast to shoot (you may remember their Miami engagement session at the Viscaya seen here) but they throw a remarkable party. Barrett and I were treated like part of the family from the moment we got there. From a scenic and extraordinary rehearsal dinner (another post for another day), impromptu singing on buses, a beautiful and historic church, a lavish hotel, a tenor and soprano to sing us through wedding dinner, Brazilian samba dancers to get the party going and food that rocked our world. Oh the food. Most importantly though, every woman should be looked at the way Eddy looks at Laura. I can never thank them enough for the amazing experience we had being a part of their remarkable weekend. XO
